Personal Data

The personal data, name, school, position, telephone and email collected via the “join in”, and “contact us” pages is used to respond to any requests for further information concerning the activities undertaken by the Institute for Research in Schools (IRIS) or to aide the completion of records to enable a school to take part in activities. It is also used to enrol schools in the newsletter distribution. All newsletters carry an “unsubscribe” option should you wish to be excluded from these communications. It is for the sole use of IRIS in conducting its work with schools.

Personal data from alumni is used to provide a contact point for students who have taken part in IRIS activities and who wish to be included in updates and the ongoing evaluation of IRIS’s work.

All data is retained securely using an encrypted database and contact details will not be passed to any third parties, for any purpose without your express permission. All data remains within the EEA.
