IRIS cancels Spring conferences in r
response to COVID 19 outbreak

Due to the progression of the coronavirus COVID-19 outbreak, the Institute for Research in Schools (IRIS) has made the difficult decision to cancel the Spring Conferences.

This includes:

• University College London – 17 March
• Plymouth – 24 March
• Edinburgh – 31 March

We would like to invite schools to present and share their findings, as it is a key part of the research experience. We ask students to submit a video presentation by 31^st March. We hope that every school who was scheduled to give a talk can record and upload their presentation so that they can be considered as one of the presentations for the IRIS Summer Showcase in June at the Science Museum.

The IRIS Summer Showcase was subsequently cancelled in response to the COVID-19 outbreak.
